Viktor Kustein took over the leadership of the Deeep Vision team from founder Petr Mazánek and is involved in the executive team of technological innovations.
He approaches business with the same energy and commitment that he once applied at a high level on the basketball court. In his career, he has held key management positions, helping to build and scale companies in the fields of technology and e-commerce. He has also worked in leading Czech VC funds. Building winning teams is his specialty – whether in the world of business or sports.
He believes in teamwork, quick decision-making and constant improvement. As a father of two, he knows that success is not just about individual skills, but about strong teams, cooperation and proper leadership.
In addition to his managerial position, in his free time he devotes himself to young basketball players in the CZ.ACADEMY project of the Czech Basketball Federation, and works as a mental coach in the professional e-sports team Dynamo Eclot.
